Watching outside and seeing all the snow has melted.

My Logitech G9 from 2.5 years started to have some quirks. The left mouse button worked only 75% of the time or dropped big folders in explorer while dragging somewhere you just missed. Getting tired of this unwanted hide and seek game I emailed Logitech support and explained the problem.

They asked me to test the mouse on another computer, with and without the special Logitech software, which ofcourse is something I already did. When I reported back they replied with: it must be a hardware failure, we will send you a new one. They don’t even want the old one back.

I received a G9x today in the mail. Now that is what I call customer service.
